CB BureauThe eco-friendly CSR programme of Radisson GRT Hotel on GST Road
and Radisson Temple Bay Resort at Mahabalipuram, Chennai, helped the hotels in
getting upgraded to Radisson ‘Blu Hotel’ from Radisson Green.
During auditing under the Medallia guest satisfaction scores, which are awarded through thorough property quality check, online distribution audits, and mystery shopping, Radisson’s eco-friendly CSR programme called Responsible Business got the hotel a few extra marks. The programme is certified
by Earth Check on parameters of eco-sensitiveness, and is active at all
branches of Radisson.
Later this month, the Asia-Pacific region will be taking
part in its first-ever Responsible Business Action month. Radisson will be
joining forces with other Carlson hotels throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa,
and America to focus on Responsible Business activities. Employees, guests, and
local communities will be engaged to raise awareness about the causes and ways to reduce carbon footprint.
