Zomato, an online restaurant search service provider, under its corporate social responsibility, has introduced ‘Menus for Change’. In collaboration with Child
Rights and You (CRY), this month-long campaign is aimed at raising funds by
creating special menus through Zomato’s restaurant partners.

Partner restaurants are expected to donate 15 per cent of the revenue
generated through the special menus to CRY. The participating restaurants including Olive,
Le Bistro du Parc, Guppy by Ai, Noodle Bar, Spaghetti Kitchen, Zambar, Asia 7,
Punjab Grill, and Fresc Co will offer Menus For Change across 34 outlets in
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.

Through the raised funds, CRY will address issues relating hunger
and malnourishment among children in India. ‘We are delighted to associate with
Zomato and hope this initiative will help in our endeavor to change the lives
of millions of underprivileged children in India. This partnership will expand
our scope of work and highlight the situation of children in India,’ said Soha
Moitra, regional director, CRY.

Deepinder Goyal, founder and chief executive of Zomato said,“For a long time, we have been
working towards creating a network to bring people closer to food. This is our
chance to give back to the community and help those who do not have easy access
to food. Menus for Change will make a meaningful contribution towards making
good food available to everyone.”

Zomato will be
aggressively promoting this initiative on their website as well as social media
to spread the word about the cause. The collaboration with CRY is focused on
building strong relationships with those restaurant partners who share a vision
of helping create a hunger-free India.
